Capacity building, training and institutional development

STELLA's renowned experience in capacity building, training and institutional development ranges from assisting national authorities in managing EU funds, to institutional strengthening of public authorities to effectively implement environmental policies and legislation.  STELLA is famous for its practical and successful approach to training; we provide examples that mirror real work situations as much as possible.  We also promote exercises, which are critical ingredients required to ensure the success of a training programme.  In the past five years, more than 90 percent of our 1,500 trainees have rated the contents of STELLA's training sessions as excellent.
